Once your order is placed, we require 1–3 business days to process it. Most orders are processed within one business day, but orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take longer.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you with options such as:

Please respond promptly to avoid delays. Failure to reply in a timely manner may result in shipping delays for which Wilson & Carter™ cannot be held responsible. We will proceed with shipping the remaining available items once we've contacted you.
Order Cancellation
Our system automatically processes orders once placed, and they are quickly prepared for dispatch. For this reason, order cancellations are not possible after processing begins.
If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item after receiving it, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Please note:

Additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels are the customer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or non-collection, the item can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Responsibility for Collection of Undelivered Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one was home), the parcel will be held at your local post office or delivery depot. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the courier.
If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we do not issue refunds for the original shipping, and reshipping is only available at your expense upon request.
In case of a delivery dispute, the customer must provide verifiable evidence that no delivery attempt was made.
